 “It’s bonkers!”

At least that’s how the Musical Director, Neil Ferris, describes Rossini’s “Petite Messe Solenelle”

down at the Wimbledon Choral Society.  wimbledon chor soc (Rossini)

It’s a big date for them on 20th March when they perform this show

at the Cadogan Hall.  Jean Sommerville-Rabbit went along to rehearsals.

On Tuesday, we give you a second chance to hear about Wandsworth’s “Elvis Jones”.

jon house is Elvis JonesFilmed in and around Wandsworth and about to go mainstream…with a little help from us locals and Jim Spring’s masterful questioning.

If you haven’t heard of the Rocky Horror Picture Show…then, you’ve never worn a pair of fishnets.  Classic, edgy, geeky and…camp AS!

It’s happening at the New Wimbledon Theatre this week and Natasha Pollack and Sean Kwonnery are going to…probably be jumping to the left and stepping to the right and telling us all about it on Wednesday.

Expect some singing…rocky horror 2 drag

And to finish off the week, fancy some grand opera delivered straight to your cocktail table? I meet the director of British Comic Opera, Daisy Evans, to find out about their show at the Omnibus in Clapham on 5th March.
