On Monday 15th, Jim Spring brings us his piece about a local film company.

Husband and wife team, Dominic and Michelle Taylor talk about their recently completed feature “Urban Decay” which was shot on location in Putney, Battersea and Roehampton.

"Dress Rehearsal"

Ian Barclay brings us an interview on Tuesday 16th with Paula Cuffolo, director and opera singer.She gives us the a snippet or two about a new play “A Dress Rehearsal” showing at the Old Sorting Office Arts Centre in Barnes until 20th February.  What really goes on backstage, when the public face is replaced by a private one? It combines comedy and tragedy and explores the emotions at the heart of these songs by Mozart, Bizet, Verdi, Rossini, Purcell and more.

On Wednesday 17th, ahead of their opening night on Friday, I will bring you an interview with the writer, Jake Brunger and director, Jonathan O’Boyle of Theatre503’s next production “Four Play”.  A new comic play about sex and commitment in the 21st century, this is already a much anticipated play and is on until 12 March.

Closing the week for us, on Thursday 18th, Ian spends the day at a rehearsal of “Footloose”, a show coming to the New Wimbledon Theatre 2-7 May.
