Lifting the lid on an immigrant family in a post-Brexit country, ‘Screens’ at Theatre 503 couldn’t be much more now. Even Pokémon Go gets a look-in as Ian discovers when he talks to writer Stephen Laughton on Monday.



Pump House Gallery in Battersea Park is currently hosting two exhibitions until September 25th. pump House Gallery picWithin the gallery itself, artist Sally Troughton has her delicate work displayed over three floors. The other exhibition by Samara Scott is located across the park in two ponds, which are dyed and filled with material. Our newest ArtsWatch reporter, Louise Trainor, spoke with curator of Pump House Gallery, Ned McConnell, who described the two very different approaches of both exhibitions. Tune in on Tuesday!



Submit your photos for the My Balham & Tooting 2016 photographic competition to take part in a local living history competition.  Judged by local photographers, the winners’ work will form an exhibition at Balham ritherdon roadLibrary and be part of a living history photo book.  There are 3 age groups for judging…listen in on Wednesday to hear what gave the idea.




We were there first to witness Little Bulb’s Extravaganza Macabre opening show at the new Courtyard Theatre at Battersea Arts Centre and we’ve just been told that it’s run has now been extended to 2nd September.
