I grew up in Kildare, Ireland. My big brother used to DJ so I always had access to a variety of different music as a teenager. I started playing guitar at the age of 13 and played in a band for a few years whilst I was still in school so my passion for music grew from there I suppose. I’ve always taken a keen interest in the music of Irish artists and I even organised a National Song Contest for young Irish bands when I was still a student.

After uni, I embarked on a career in TV Production, working for TV3 in Dublin before relocating to London in 2005. I’ve been living in Battersea for about 5 years now. TV is still my day job but I’m delighted to have the chance to pursue a radio project with Wandsworth Radio as it’s something I’ve wanted to do for years.

LOVE WANDSWORTH: I’m very lucky to live in close proximity to Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and Battersea Park so I relax by plugging in the earphones and going for a long stroll as often as I can. I love the variety of bars and restaurants on my doorstep around St. John’s Hill and Battersea Rise. I try to get to the Irish session in The Ship on Tuesday nights whenever I can. There is a big Irish community in Wandsworth so it’s like a home away from home.
