After a Summer break, we're back this Autumn!

We're excited to welcome both returning and new students for another season of creativity, broadcasting and fun.

‍

Designed for young people aged 11-18, the club provides hands-on experience inside a real working radio station, where participants learn how to present, produce and create their own radio shows and podcasts while developing confidence, communication and teamwork skills.

To celebrate the launch of the new term, we'll be holding an Open Day on Saturday 26 September, giving young people, parents and carers the opportunity to meet the team, tour the studios and find out more about the programme.

The first Radio Club session will take place on 3 October, with weekly sessions continuing throughout the winter.

The programme is delivered in partnership with Sound Vision, a charity dedicated to empowering young people of all backgrounds and abilities through creative media opportunities.

‍

Students will work alongside experienced radio professionals and SEND-qualified trainers while building practical skills and confidence.

Whether you're a returning member or completely new to broadcasting, everyone is welcome. No previous experience is required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved.

Students will also have opportunities to feature on-air and across Riverside Radio's social media channels, gaining real-world media experience and creating content that can support future education and career opportunities.
