Working with our education partners at the charity SOUND VISION we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time training lead.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive radio studio learning environment where every participant can thrive.

Sound Vision CIO is an innovative charity that empowers individuals and communities through the development of skills and confidence in broadcast media and communications.

Through thier training they offer solutions to social challenges around lack of opportunities, loneliness, isolation, and regional disparity. By encouraging creativity their skills-based learning programmes are inclusive of neurodiversity, learning disabilities, mental health challenges and those seeking employment.

The role needs a commitment of 5 to 6 hours per week during term time with the opportunity to work additional hours as the project develops.

The training lead will be contracted at a rate of £22 per hour.
